- What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Our customer pick-up hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- What are your payment terms?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. We do offer open account with approved credit. Our terms are Net 30 days.
- What areas do you service?
We service Southeast Michigan and Northwest Ohio.
- Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most areas that we service with our trucks. We can UPS to the outlying areas that we don't deliver to. We deliver to commercial buildings. We do not deliver to residential areas or job sites.
- What is your return policy?
No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized by us in writing and shall be subject to 25% restocking charge. Laminate returns will be accepted on full sheets only. No special orders are returnable. No goods will be accepted beyond 30 days after date of invoice.
